Heather offers Reiki (with or without gentle, nurturing Swedish massage) for deep relaxation. Reiki is a hands-on technique wherein the practitioner (Heather) channels healing energy into you, the recipient. Your own body and spirit focus the energy where it is needed most.
Heather works in a warm and welcoming office near downtown Ojai. She is available Monday through Friday, 10 - 5, by appointment. Rates are $35 for 1/2 hour, $65 for a full hour.
