Get ready for summer!

This time of year, magazine covers are fighting for your attention to help you get your body ready for summer. They want to help you lose the last 5 pounds, tone and shape your abs and protect your skin from the sun. The words are inspiring and the pictures shiny, but do they last after you put the magazine down?

This year, why not enlist the help of someone who really understands the human body (and mind)? Take some yoga classes, or even hire a private yoga tutor. Visit with a nutritional consultant or someone who specializes in understanding the secrets that lead us to eat what we know we shouldn't eat. Detox or cleanse with the support of someone who has walked countless people through the process. Join a gym and hire a life coach to motivate you to actually go. And don't forget the sunblock!
